Inleiding
Would you like to experience Sonsbeek 2026: Ik hoef geen tuin, ik deel een park (I don't need a backyard, I share a garden) with a guide? Our experienced tour guides will take you past the artworks in Sonsbeek Park and will be happy to tell you more about the artworks and this edition’s theme: Memory as Living Action. A guided tour is the ideal way to experience the artworks together and discover the stories behind them – whether you’re coming alone, with friends, or as a group.
We offer two options for guided tours: a group booking on a date and time of your choice, and a weekly Saturday tour from 14:00–15:30.
Weekly Saturday Tours
From July 11 until October 10
Every Saturday 14:00–15:30.
Practical information:
- The tour is 90 minutes.
- A ticket is €15 (including VAT) per person. Children 12 and under are free (they do not need a ticket).
- A visitor’s guide is included with each ticket.
- There are 15 tickets available per tour. Tickets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The tour starts at 14:00 at the Sonsbeek 2026 information desk at Visitor Center Molenplaats, located at Zijpendaalseweg 24a.
- The tour is conducted in Dutch.
- You can also book individual tickets for this tour as a group.
- The primary language for the Saturday tours is Dutch. If you would like to buy a ticket for an English tour, please let us know via events@sonsbeek.org.
Group Tours
Would you like to visit Sonsbeek 2026 as a group? We ask that you send your inquiry at least one week in advance via events@sonsbeek.org.
Please include the following information in your request:
- Are you coming with friends or family (private group)? Or are you booking on behalf of an organization, educational institution, foundation, association, or company?
- The number of people.
- Your preferred date and time, along with one alternative time or a different date and time.
- The preferred language for the tour.
- Billing information (for schools and companies only):
- Billing email address
- Optional: preferred number/reference code
Practical information:
- A group tour is 90 minutes and can be in Dutch or English. For other languages, please send an email to events@sonsbeek.org to ask about the possibilities.
- Tours can be booked Monday through Sunday, from 11:00 to 16:30 (the exhibition closes at 18:00).
- The maximum number of people per tour guide is 15. Is your group larger? If so, we’ll bring in an additional tour guide.
- A group tour for up to 15 people costs €225 excluding VAT. This includes one visitor guide per participant. For nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and private groups, we offer a reduced rate of €150 excluding VAT (also including one visitor guide per participant).
- The tour always starts at the Sonsbeek 2026 information desk on Molenplaats, located at Zijpendaalseweg 24a.
